Dive for clams, or kill Drak and hope. Pearls are a water-update material. German guides call them Perlen.

Two sources

Harvest clams underwater. That is the route you can repeat on purpose. Drak can drop a pearl, and the wiki calls that chance low, so it is not the farm. You need the water systems from Update 7, which are already in 1.0.

Anywhere with clams. Veilwater Basin is the large natural lake.

Are pearls in 1.0 only?

They arrived 10 November 2025. 1.0 includes them.
