The hunts people mean

Garden gnomes are a location hunt of their own. Plushies are the toy set. German pages call them Plüschtiere. Instruments include a piece searched specifically in the Nomad Highlands. Coffee recipes, and the German roaster recipes, are a crafting collection, not a gnome. Reveal map pins from the Flame before you grid-search. 1.0’s new area can hide pieces older lists do not have.

Is there one checklist in the game?

Collections show up in different menus. There is not one Keen page that lists gnomes, plushies, and recipes together.

Where is the Nomad Highlands instrument?

In that region, as a collectible, not as the Hollow Halls reward.
